SLOW COOKER COUNTRY RIBS
This is the best recipe I have found for doing the country style pork ribs.
4 to 4 ½ lbs bone-in Country style pork ribs

3 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T vinegar
¼ tsp ground allspice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 bay leaf
½ tsp celery salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Mix the flour, salt and pepper in a plastic bag. Trim excess fat from ribs, cut in serving pieces and shake in the flour mixture to coat.
Heat the oil in a large skillet and brown the ribs well.
Slice half the onion in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
Layer on half the ribs on the onion, then put the remaining onion slices on top and pour on half the sauce. Add the rest of the ribs and sauce.
Cook on high for 2 hours, then lower the heat to medium for 4 to 6 hours. Serve with the sauce.
