Martha’s Ham Junk

1-1 ½ pounds chopped chipped ham
¾ cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Cider Vinegar
5 tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 heaping tablespoon dried minced onion
¼ cup water
½ to 1½  teaspoon celery seed.

Mix all ingredients except meat and bring to a simmer.
Add meat to sauce (Separate meat as much as possible)
Stir until well mixed.

Simmer 10—15 minutes

Serve immediately on buns
(but it is better to make a day ahead, refrigerate and reheat before serving.)
