Lois’s Peanut Butter Honey Spread

½ cu Softened butter or margarine

½ cup chunky or smooth peanut butter

1cup honey

1 Tablespoon grated orange rind (optional)

Put all ingredients in small mixing bowl and blend.

Refrigerate

This was delightful on Lois’s homemade bread!

So easy, so good!
